RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us immediately via E-mail at email@example.com. If the order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, we ask that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, at your own cost using a traceable method at your own discretion. We cannot be responsible for any items sent back to us that do not arrive.
Unfortunately as Made To Order and Personalised Products are lovingly created just for you and are bespoke, we are unable to accept returns.
Made To Order and Personalised Products are exempt from our standard returns policy unless the product is faulty or the personalisation does not match your original request. Please check and double check your personalisation request to avoid any errors.
Any changes to a bespoke order or personalisation needs to be requested within 12 hours of ordering by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note: we do not offer a free returns service. To return an item, please arrange a return with your local post office. In order to receive a full refund (excluding original delivery cost and return postage cost) should you not be entirely satisfied with your product/s, you have 14 days from receipt of your order in which you may return goods to us, which you have ordered through the website/ Etsy. We kindly ask that you do not return an item without contacting our team first. Upon receipt of your order, please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing packaging and assembling. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund if there is no packaging or if the item is assembled or partially assembled. If you believe parts may be missing from your order, please contact us before attempting to assemble or returning. You will be responsible for the costs of these returns and also ensuring that the goods are returned to us in the same condition that they were received, with all parts, paperwork, completed returns form, and packaging, using a tracked delivery method. When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage for your return. You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded. We will not refund for damage that has occurred through misuse or neglect of the product such that we deem the environment or usage of the product to be beyond what it was intended for. Please note that the grain patterns for each piece that we make will be different than those shown on our website as real wood is of course individual as are patterns in microcement. This naturally ensures that each item we make is in fact unique and we always make sure that we use interesting grain patterns when making our furniture. Returning faulty or Damaged items :
Should your product have been damaged, or if it is faulty or incorrect to the order, please contact us within 24hrs of delivery at email@example.com. When emailing please include a photograph of the damaged/faulty item. We will then be able to discuss a replacement, repair or a refund for you. As our edits of product are limited edition we are only able to offer a like-for-like exchange if there is available stock. Please send in one parcel, unassembled, complete with all parts, paper work, completed returns form, adequately packaged and via a tracked delivery method. Refunds are processed in 10 working days and if damaged or incorrect, the return postage cost will be refunded along with the original cost of the product (excluding original delivery cost). Other Important returns information:
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
All orders (including overseas orders) will be refunded in GBP Sterling, we cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result. We would ask our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.
Please note that we are an online interiors company for home-wares, and our products are only intended for use in a domestic environment.
None of our products are certified for use in a commercial environment, and we can not guarantee their longevity.
If used in a commercial environment this will void our returns policy as they have not been put through the vigorous testing that contract furniture has been subjected to. Because of this we cannot guarantee their longevity and therefore cannot take responsibility as you have chosen to use them in a commercial environment.
Your shopping basket on the Site/ Etsy displays the goods you have chosen. We will supply these goods to you in as short a time as is possible. Any date for delivery given by the Company is approximate only and the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by delivery being made after any quoted date nor any consequential loss or damage arising from that delay.
The products we carefully make in house are hand packed, the packaging the majority of the time protects the products, however delivery is out of our control and delivery damages can occur. In addition, the products from our suppliers are adequately protected and packaged. Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery if your item is damaged and/ or not correlating to your order specification, we will of course do our very best to replace this for you, but as the product could be limited edition a variant may be suggested. Once dispatched we will inform you of the expected delivery date. The Company shall deliver the goods to the location set out in the Order confirmation.
The manner of delivery and the packaging of goods and all other matters relating to delivery shall be at the absolute discretion of the Company.
Deliveries will be recorded where possible and therefore the company is not responsible for any lost deliveries, or deliveries that have not been accepted within 3 working days and thereafter missing.
Terms of payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (£), and are payable in pounds sterling (£), plus any applicable taxes. Orders are all on a proforma basis and items will be dispatched once monies have been received. All prices quoted by the Company are excluding Value Added Tax unless otherwise stated.
Returns will be refunded within 10 working days.
Import regulations and duty
If you order goods from our Site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order and also ask us about our charges for overseas requests.
